Default is it normai to not be able to lift your arms right after lifting weights?

i can lift them they are just real heavy.

i lifted about 200 reps total in all exersise with 8 pound weights.....i did like 7 different workouts with about 20 reps on each arm sometimes fewer like 10 reps

From a former weightlifter: sometimes. As long as you regain your strength shortly thereafter.
But I believe you are trying to do too much at once. Start out with lighter weights or do fewer reps. And do stretches first.

it means ur are lifting weights that r 2 heavy... not a good thing

yea that happened to me today, it is totally normal, i guess it signifies a good upper body workout
