Default Keg/barrel lifting for bodybuilding (weightlifting)?

Hi, I want to start barrel/keg lifting but can't obtain/afford one. Is there anything similar to use? I like the fact you can add more water each day with ease to keep progressing. Is there somethng else I can do this with? Something that fills up and retains a lot of water/sand.

Thanks for any help (no silly answers like "use a barbell" or something similar please).

if you can do pull ups on some thing they are really good for all you upper body.

for you chest and triceps get a back pack and load it with heavy things that wont hurt your back and do push ups with it on your back and do 3 sets of 12.(you will be in some pain by the end of this i promise you)
